ATOMIC FOLK power pop rock music
"Now flowers are growing on what were fields of war... and dead soldiers wonder what I would fight for"
from Organa, Winterland

THE STORY
If one were to bother looking - somewhere between hard rock and a soft place, one would find Atomic Folk.

With their unique blend of power, enegy, melody and fragility, Atomic Folk garnered attention in la belle province and abroad.

Formed in 1992, Atomic Folk ascended steadily since its inception. Several national tours, radio playlists, local award nominations, and critics' favorable reviews are a few of the accomplishments made by the Montreal band.

Their appropriately titled debut, "Begin" and glowing (literally) sophomore masterpiece, "Winterland" are the timeless testaments created in the name of uncompromised rock.

Lead singer/songwriter, Jack Nicholls has taken his pen and guitar to wider, more open spaces, in the Moonshine Orchestra, while rhythm section-gods, Paul Julius and Tim Dwyer now lay down the concrete slabs for Montreal ultra-heavies, Bionic.
